What is polarity therapy? It is an energy balancing system that explores the relationship between mind, body, emotions and spirit. What makes polarity unique? Polarity is a combination of different healing modalities e.g. reflexology, chiropractic, cranial and naturopathy. How do you relate to following statements? "I'm tired all the time and I don't know why..." "I think my anger is out of control...I find myself flying into rages over the slightest thing..." "So many people I have to deal with are a 'pain in the neck'..." "I feel easily overwhelmed..." "I would rather go along with another person than express myself..." As a Certified Polarity Practitioner, I will support your own healing intelligence to heal itself so that you can start a new level of reorganization of balance and wellbeing in four different ways: BODYWORK THROUGH TOUCH — working with energy currents and reflex points on the feet, hands, and ears used to stimulate and tonify glands and organs and release tension throughout the body. ENERGETIC COMMUNICATION — focuses on the body/mind relationship. NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING — cleansing and balancing the body through the food we eat. POLARITY YOGA — simple body movements which will heigthen awareness and rebalance the flow of energy. What happens in a session depends on YOU. Sessions are as individual as the person who requests them. You are the Director and I am your Assistant in your healing.
