My name is Claudia Bayr. I was born and raised in Munich, Germany, where I studied economics. At the age of 20, I moved to London, England and started my own sales and marketing agency. My dreams came true soon after graduating from high school. I became a very successful entrepreneur over the next 22 years which ultimately gave me the freedom to 'retire' from my work at the age of 42 to seek my true life's purpose.
I was driven by an inner calling to support others in reaching their dreams and I believe that the key to living your dreams lies 'within' every person. I am a Certified Holistic Integrated Empowerment Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The ICF is committed to credibility and permanence of the Coaching Profession through establishing credentialing standards of coaches and training programs and providing a code of professional ethics. I am a Director of the ICF NYC-Chapter and my vision is to bring coaching into the school education system. The International Coach Federation is the largest not-for-profit organization for coaches worldwide with 11,000 members in 81 countries. I am also a Certified Polarity Practitioner (APP) accredited by the American Polarity Therapy Association. In addition, I am a certified Emotional Intelligence — MAPP & PDP Assessor.
